Every Sunday morning the Parkway Hotel carpark blooms with some of the best seasonal fruit and vegetables in Sydney. Every stall here is labelled with yellow signs differentiating between organic and conventional farming methods and, surprisingly, it's the conventional farming stall that are most popular (a bag of vine-ripened truss tomatoes sells here for $2!). Look out for the elderly couple who travel from their Kosciusko base each week to sell seasonal varieties of apples, pears and homemade jams. If you don't know your royal galas from your pink ladies, they'll happily cut you a slice. Sweet!
