Time Out says

A local online activewear brand goes bricks and mortar in Bondi with excellent results

If there’s any suburb in Sydney that really encapsulates the ‘ath-leisure’ lifestyle, Bondi is it: coastal cliff walks, outdoor gyms, sandy shorelines, countless yoga studios and, of course, plenty of cafés (because activewear isn’t just for being active). So when a when brand-new activewear store pops up on Hall Street – a couple of hundred metres back from the beach and around the corner from the ultra trendy Gould Street – the yogis, runners and yummy mummys of Bondi flock to check it out.

Inside the bright white store you’ll find plenty of functional and versatile leggings, crops, tees, shorts and tanks. The range uses a black-and-white palette of prints, from palm fronds and marbled surfaces to pansies and geometric patterns.

Currently all products are made in Australia. The fabric chosen for most of the brand’s staple pieces has a high Lycra content, meaning it is lightweight and dries fast. It’s soft to touch but not so light that you’ll show off things you don’t want to when doing downward dog.

Add to this a minimal, hand-selected range of exercise goods including Yogitoes mats (lightweight-yet-grippy yoga matts made from cork), Kabi water bottles and Akashka accessories (handcrafted in Guatemalan yoga accessories) and you’re set to go.

Prices are decent for locally-made, high-quality activewear – nothing is over $100, which means you can pick up a complete outfit that's good enough for brunch and a sweaty workout. We'll leave you to decide which activity deserves a fresh outfit.
