Time Out says

It wouldn't be an epic Easter lunch without briny, fresh seafood taking pride-of-place on the table. And it's no secret that most Sydneysiders flock to the Fish Market during the crucial festive-prep crunch time every year. In fact, Sydney Fish Market has been opening their doors from 5am on December 23 until 5pm on Christmas Eve for over twenty five years. And this year they are supporting your seafood-buying bonanza by extending their trading hours on Good Friday. You can pick up your fishy goods alongside the market's on-site fresh produce, butcher, deli and bottleshop before you set off on an Easter adventure.

You can shop from over ten retailers at Sydney Fish Market this Easter long weekend. Naturally most outlets sell fresh seafood, but you'll also find baked goods, meat, fruit and veg, gifts and some on-the-go snacks you can graze on while you shop. Who doesn't love buying a bounty of fresh groceries and a six-pack of takeaway calamari rings with chippies for lunch in one swoop? It's self-care! The Easter Bunny will also be making an appearance on Good Friday to hand out treats for the kiddos.

Sydney Fish Market Easter Extended Trade will see the retailers open from 5am-5pm on Good Friday and from 7am-4pm on Easter Saturday and Sunday. Parking is available on-site at Sydney Fish Market, with additional parking available at Sydney Secondary College, Blackwattle Bay Campus for a flat rate of $5.
