The Coal Loader’s artisan markets are your one-stop-shop for an ethical, sustainable, and relaxed festive shopping experience. This sustainability-focussed market is held four times a year, with the market day on Sunday November 24 falling at the perfect time for that pre-Christmas shopping run.
With around 100 stalls from local makers, this market will have you covered for more than gifts, with practical advice on how to reduce stress while cutting down on waste, low-waste cooking solutions, and kids crafting classes (for things relatives will actually want).
This special edition Christmas market will be held in the evening for the first time, from 4–9pm, so you can avoid the intense midday heat and wrap up your festive prep with a cool sunset drink.
The Coal Loader Artisan Markets are proudly single-use plastic free, so don’t forget to BYO keep cup, reusable water bottle and cloth bags.
