Every 9-5 office worker understands what effect the seated life has on your well-being. To get out of slouch-mode and smash your fitness targets, join these professionally run morning workouts.

The 45-minute classes at Macquarie Park Elouera Reserve next to Macquarie Centre are totally free, and offer training in boxing and yoga. Starting on July 24, the sessions will run Monday-Friday throughout the school term, and offer health-seekers coaching and fitness support as well as a nutritional program to follow when you’re done with the uppercuts and shavasana.

It’s all being organised by your friendly neighbourhood mall, Macquarie Centre, in collaboration with not-for-profit organisation Life Get Active, which provides free fitness and nutritional programs around Australia to increase the national health standard.
