Two greats of Melbourne cabaret – Mama Alto and Maude Davey – co-created this show coming to Mardi Gras after hit seasons at last year's Melbourne Festival and Midsumma Festival. Featuring a cast of trans and gender diverse artists from all stages of their careers, the show mashes together the traditions of vaudeville with genre-pushing and boundary-pushing performance. Expect song, dance, burlesque and poetry to come smashing together in chaotic style.
The show features Mama Alto alongside Amao Leota Lu, Miss Bailee Rose, Fury, Harvey Zielinski, Mahla Bird, Mx Munro and Quinn Eades.
