Time Out says

Following a successful season at Sydney University's Cellar Theatre, this production of George Brant's acclaimed one-woman play is back for the Fringe

Grounded takes us inside the mind of a female F16 fighter pilot who has been grounded by an unexpected pregnancy, and is going stir crazy as she operates drones in Afghanistan from a trailer in the Nevada desert.

Debuting at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2013 the play went on to win numerous awards and critical acclaim – and given its low-budget aesthetic, it's a perfect piece for an indie theatre company.

This production by Robot Sparrow, which debuted within the Sydney University Dramatic Society's summer 2016 season, is directed by Victor Kalka and stars Alice Birbara (who co-starred in Hedda After Hedda at Kings X Theatre for the 2015 Sydney Fringe).
