Time Out says

Since her tragic death in 1980, during a family camping trip to Uluru, baby Azaria Chamberlain's story has captivated Australia and made her mother Lindy one of the most divisive figures in our history.

More than four decades later, with the media circus and legal battle well and truly over, the case continues to fascinate us – as evidenced by the more than 20,000 letters sent by members of the public to Lindy.

Alana Valentine (Ladies Day) draws on this correspondence, and interviews with Lindy in this new play, directed for its premiere by Darren Yap (also Ladies Day), and on tour from parent company Merrigong Theatre Company.

The cast features Jeanette Cronin, Glenn Hazeldine, Phillip Hinton and Jane Phegan.
