Time Out says
This Spanish inspired cabaret is all killer – no bull
Fresh from an acclaimed season at Melbourne Spiegeltent, this fiery fusion of burlesque, dance and circus set under the Spanish sun arrives at Sydney Opera House this month. Seen through the eyes of the torrid relationship between the Bull (Ned Zaina) and the Matador (Kelly Byrne) and accompanied by 14 powerhouse dancers, aerialists and burlesque performers, the show traces the many stages of love, from the joys of flirting and infatuation to the intensity of lust and the pain of unrequited love and infidelity. Expect plenty of high impact dance sequences and awe-inspiring aerial moves, all performed to a soundtrack that runs the gamut from Whitney Houston to Destiny’s Child and Michael Jackson.
