Before there was Walter White and Frank Underwood there was Richard III, one of literature's original antiheroes. The ruthless monarch's bloody rise to power is traced in this production by Bard on the Beach, which has been touring Sydney's beaches since 2012.
There are no bookings required for the show: just rock up with your blanket and a picnic hamper. Tickets are by donation only, but make sure you bring at least $20 to thank the actors for their efforts.
