Enmore locals know and love the Warren View Hotel (or the Wazza) for the extensive selection of independent beers on tap, the ginormous doggo-friendly beer garden and those rollicking drag trivia nights. They’ve just completed stage one of a comprehensive renovation, and to celebrate they’re teaming up with their neighbours down at the Grifter Brewing Co and giving away free beer for three hours.
On Friday, November 15, four different Grifter brews (including the classic pale ale, the cult favourite Serpent’s Kiss watermelon pilsner and the C. Boogie cucumber kolsch) will be flowing free of charge from 3pm in that brand spankin' new courtyard. Read that again slowly so the miracle that’s taking place here, in this outrageously overpriced city, really sinks in. Slider versions of their burgers and halloumi fries will be floating around as well. Better start organising that doctor’s note so you can saunter out of work a little early and make the most of this too-good-to-be-true situation.
