Sydney Olympic Park will be in festive mode starting from 6pm on January 25. Join in on the festivities with a live ballroom performance from 7pm and a screening of the Australian film classic Strictly Ballroom from 8.30pm.
January 26 will see the celebrations in full bloom with live music, carnival rides, kids’ craft and sports clinics starting from 4pm. There’ll be sausage sizzle available to purchase, as well as the best in international street food. Sit down and relax at 8.50pm for a spectacular fireworks display and make yourself comfortable as Red Dog: True Blue is shown on the big screen from 9pm at Cathy Freeman Park.
