Bolle Italia Sparkling Wine Festival

Bar Machiavelli is hosting a two day sparkling wine festival showcasing 100 varieties of Italian sparkling wine. There's not going to be a Champagne in sight (though plenty of Champagne-style) - only wines from Italy will get space at this event. If you really want to go hard you can also book tickets to the six-course dinner designed by Bar Marchiavelli head chef Paola Toppi.
