Rock'n'roll brewery Young Henrys will be joining forces with one of Sydney's best burger joints, Penrith's Burger Head for this one day pop-up. The pedigree of the guys behind Burger Head is high, with the owners clocking up hours at Momofuku Seibo, Quay and Ormeggio.
They'll be bringing the burgers that got them on the map to Newtown, including their excellent classic American-style cheeseburger with a juicy patty, tacky melted cheese, lots of pickles and onions and mustard mayo. Plus there will be a special collaborative burger with a Young Henrys-infused cheese sauce and beer battered onion rings.
If you've wanted to check out Burger Head but live nowhere near Penrith, this is your chance to put them to the test without a roadtrip. They will be flipping from noon, and there will be plenty of jugs of Newtowner and cloudy cider to pair with your burger.
