If you’re a Campbelltown local or happen to be familiar with the area, you’ll know Queen Street is the beating heart of the city – a place to relax, meet up with friends and grab a coffee or bite to eat. And in the coming months, it will also play host to a range of activities and events designed to bring families together, entertain people, support local businesses and set the precinct abuzz.

Throughout April and May, Queen Street – or simply ‘On Q’ as the locals affectionately call it – will present a number of live music and outdoor dance performances. There will also be a themed photo booth that is sure to provide plenty of laughs.

There’s no chance of going hungry or thirsty, either. A tasty line-up of food trucks will be slinging both sweet and savoury fare, and there will be markets selling homemade goodies. As part of Thank Q It’s Friday, you’ll also be able to enjoy a selection of beers, cocktails and soft drinks at one of the pop-up bars run by Drinkability.

And be sure to check out Forum Q, a newly designed space for people of all ages and abilities to gather, train and create. Here you can expect to find musicians, DJs, artists, breakdancers, beatboxers and photographers practising their craft, and others doing parkour or playing freestyle football.

Key dates and times may vary, so to stay across all the action taking place on Queen Street this autumn, head to the website.
