It's time to run hot and cold, eat some delicious snacks and quaff some wine at this pop-up restaurant featuring the ace cooking skills of Adelaide's Duncan Welgemoed, head chef of Africola.
Welgemoed is saving you those pricey flights to the Bight and making his way to Sydney especially for this four night dining experience fior Taylors Wines, with the event designed to showcase exactly how temperature affects what we eat and drink (hence the name).
The three-course immersive dinner experience will see Welgemoed craft a pan-African dinner party of fresh and fiery flavours, complemented by wines chilled to the exact, perfect drinking temperature. Guests will also be provided with thermal imaging camera adaptors to see the evening's highs and lows with science! Bookings are essential, with two sittings at 6pm and 8.15pm each day.
