Time Out says

Ditch the average date night for a luxury love-in, as you scale the Harbour Bridge and dine alfresco

It's all well and good to gaze into your paramour's eyes on the couch, or at your favourite local pizza spot, but what if you want to up the ante a little (or a lot)? Enter the BridgeClimb, Couple's Edition.

In this super romantic and completely OTT experience, you'll both first scale the Sydney Harbour Bridge together. It's a dizzying climb to 149m peak of the Coathanger, but the reward is 360-degree views over our stunning harbour and skyline. Being awestruck can be hunger-inducing, so after your descent, you'll be treated to a luxe alfresco picnic at either Mrs Macquarie’s Chair or Observatory Hill. Drink in those stunning views back over the harbour as the sun sets and reflect on the iconic landmark you just conquered together while feasting like royals on grazing boards laid out with fresh cheeses, meats, chocolates, fruit and olives. They'll even throw in a sumptuous fresh flower bouquet.

It's not your everyday experience, so it's unsurprising that it doesn't come with an everyday price tag – tickets start at an extravagantly exxy $999. But if you've got the bucks, it's a romantic excursion that will give you and your special someone fond memories for years to come. What's more, if you're still madly in love even when wearing the BridgeClimb's mandatory jumpsuit, you know it's the real deal.
