Sydney Living Museums’ colonial gastronomer Jacqui Newling and artisan bread-maker Nonie Dwyer will teach the principles of traditional bread making in this two-hour workshop at Elizabeth Bay House. Discover the flavours and textures that colonial settlers enjoyed, including how they used different types of flour, gluten free alternatives, leavening agents, bread making and baking techniques.
