Named one of the most influential women in Italian cuisine and listed among Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in 2017, Isabella Potì makes for a fascinating dinner date. The masterful young chef will take over the pop-up culinary centre, Hyde Park Palms, while on leave from the southern Italian restaurant Bros’. Over the course of the three-and-a-half hour dinner, she’ll reveal the skills learned under Claude Bosi at his two Michelin-starred London restaurant, and her time spent training with Paco Torreblanca, who many label as the father of modern pastry.
