[Sponsored] Experience a new form of Italian cuisine and dine with its young, innovative creator

Named one of the most influential women in Italian cuisine and listed among Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in 2017, Isabella Potì makes for a fascinating dinner date. For Good Food Month, this talented 22-year-old Italian chef will showcase her skills and share her insights from the industry over a four-course meal accompanied by matching wine and beer.

The masterful young chef will take over the pop-up culinary centre, Hyde Park Palms, while on leave from the southern Italian restaurant Bros’. Over the course of the three-and-a-half hour dinner, she’ll reveal the skills learned under Claude Bosi at his two Michelin-starred London restaurant, and her time spent training with Paco Torreblanca, who many label as the father of modern pastry.
