Time Out says

Walk in a waste free wonderland

Sydneysiders can declutter their old TVs, computers, home and office equipment, laptops and small household appliances to preserve the environment. Of those items, 95 per cent of components will be stripped out, separated and recycled for use in new products.

So far, Sydneysiders have recycled 116 tonnes of electronic waste at the recent e-waste collection days from October 2016 to June 2017.

They don't accept white goods, car batteries or smoke alarms – however, they will recycle desktops, monitors, laptops and printers, DVD players, CDs, DVDs, telephones, power tools, hairdryers and mobile phones. So bring your broken bits to St Peters at the Sydney Park Depot between 9am and 3pm this Saturday.
