Eid in the City returns to Waterloo for a second year with a range of food stalls, markets, music, photography, art and an exciting line-up of Arabic entertainment.
Eid means festivity and feast and marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. Presented by Middle Eats, this cultural celebration will bring a sense of community spirit to the Commune building for one night only.
Expect delicious Middle East-inspired eats, including Molokhia, falafel wraps and koshari from the likes of Cairotakeaway and Sundweesh, with more vendors to be announced soon.
They’ve limited the number of tickets for this year’s festival so it’s recommended you pre-order your ticket as soon as possible so you don’t miss out. Festivities kick off at 5pm.
