Time Out says

Ever wanted to go to a bottomless beer dinner?

Frenchies Bistro and Brewery have launched a weekly beer-focused dinner, which will see the Rosebery restaurant host an extravagant feast. The three course dinner will be centred around a swanky main – like tableside carved meats, a whole baked fish or suckling pig. The spread will be matched by a beer on arrival and with each course (and topped up as you please, with RSA guidelines kept in mind) and you'll dine at the long French Oak table, making it perfect for groups or a catch up with beer loving mates.

Chef Thomas Cauquil and brewer Vincent de Soyres (who both met in Parisian hospo school back in 2005 and now both reside in Australia) are behind Frenchies, so you can also expect French influenced dishes like bone marrow and beef stew; Lyon sausage poached and cooked in brioche; Tuscan cabbage stuffed with confit duck leg and pine nuts; and Balmain bug in puff pastry. Bookings can be made by calling 02 8964 3171.
