This collaborative dinner between Australian-born, Dubai-based chef Greg Malouf and Nomad head chef Jacqui Challinor will see the pair dish out a Middle Eastern shared feast. Think roasted king prawns with chermoula; saffron haloumi fritters with honey; and Malouf’s own spiced duck pie.
Bookings for this exclusive dinner are essential, with the feast costing $150 per person, or $195 with matched wines. ($45 additional for matched wines). Also be ready to make some new friends as all seating is communal.
