Do you like your facts punchy and to the point? Are you a no-nonsense education lover? It sounds like you’d be a perfect candidate or audience member for Ignite Sydney. This forum for enlightenment runs lightning talks on any engaging topic you can come up with.
But, there are some rules. Presenters must organise exactly 20 slides, which automatically change every 15 seconds, producing a speedy, dynamic quick-fire talk. The five-minute presentations can get a little chaotic, but nobody’s ever enjoyed textbook Powerpoint prezzos anyway.
Ignite Sydney have been running for about ten years, and this installment is being held at the Oxford Art Factory. You can buy tickets to the talks, or be bold and submit a proposal to appear on stage yourself.
