A Young Australian of the Year, Jack Manning Bancroft works to support Indigenous Australian students through high school, university and beyond as CEO of AIME, a mentoring organisation. Bancroft’s approach is all about smashing inequality with the most effective tool he can find: education. “We’ve found a model that can put the powerful with the powerless and end inequality in the process,” he explains.
In the future Jack hopes Sydney: “Takes more risks when it comes to education, to see if we can break the mould when it omes to sharing ideas with our kids.”
