Jenji Kohan is the writer and creator of one of the most-watched Netflix shows of the past few years. She’s the woman behind the complex and diverse characters of Orange Is The New Black, and her writing credits include Showtime’s Weeds, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and Gilmore Girls.
