[Sponsored] Get down to Harbourside Shopping Centre for free films, a CNY feast and more

Harbourside Shopping Centre is celebrating Chinese New Year by hosting a free open-air cinema. The alfresco film experience will be backed by views of Sydney's skyline and Darling Harbour. Plus, you can snap selfies in front of a festive lantern display under the Harbourside dome. Check out the films below and pencil in a date, whether it's a family favourite, an excellent anime film or fast-paced action classic. Best of all, screenings are free.

To get into the spirit of the Year of the Dog, sweet treat purveyors KOI Dessert Bar will be popping up with a selection of specially designed CNY desserts, while Astrobao by Tsuru will serve up signature duck and tofu stuffed steamed baos. Make room for the dessert bao – featuring a sweet-and-salty combo of salted chips and vanilla ice cream in a bao bun, with delicious honey butter sauce drizzled over. Harbourside Shopping Centre's Dragon Boat restaurant will be serving up a Chinese New Year banquet, complete with steamed scallops in XO sauce, stir-fried mud crab and braised pork trotters, and you'll also find colourful lanterns installed throughout the venue.
