Marlon James

Man Booker Prize-winning author Marlon James is coming to Sydney to speak about his 2015 book A Brief History of Seven Killings. The writer is the first author from Jamaica to receive the award. His book takes place in the ’70s and ’80s during the time Bob Marley was almost murdered. James will speak with ABC RN’s Michael Cathcart about its characters from drug dealers to beauty queens and ghosts.
