Time Out says

Watch a beloved French film with a glass of warming mulled wine in hand at this pop-up outdoor cinema

Who needs choc-tops when you could enjoy a raclette cheese plate while you watch a French film favourite? Say bonjour to a whole new cinematic experience, because the Mulled Wine Cinema is making a grand return to Circular Quay for the 10th anniversary Bastille Festival.

This enchanting experience combines the sentimental magic of famous French movies with the comforting warmth of mulled wine. Add in some deck chairs and cosy blankets and all we can say is oui, s’il vous plait!

Head down to Cadmans Cottage at the Rocks from July 13-16 to discover (or rediscover) a classic French movie like La Vie en Rose or Ratatouille. You can also catch gems like The French Dispatch and Marie-Antoinette.

Tickets are available online now for $19 per person, which includes a deck chair and blanket. You’ll have the opportunity to buy raclette and mulled wine on arrival at the cinema bar, and gates open 30 minutes before the film starts to give you time to settle in.

There’s sure to be strong demand for these elegant evenings, so we recommend booking your tickets in advance. You can view the full Mulled Wine Cinema line-up and secure your ticket at the Bastille Festival website.
