The fifth edition of this long lunch series at the Unicorn will see fried chook maestro and natural wine enthusiast Morgan Mcglone hit up the kitchen. The chef and owner of Belles' Hot Chicken will serve up an Australiana imbued menu across a relaxed five-course lunch. It's worth noting that the local focus here is about exploring Mcglone's personal interpretation of Australian cuisine – so you can expect to see a unique snapshot of his career and skills, rather than Vegemite pies.
There are limited sittings from 12.30pm until 2pm so you'll need to book in early, and this time around tickets are $70 a pop. As per usual, there'll be an ace collection of natural wines available by the bottle to keep the fun times a flowing.
