The guest chef lunch series at the Unicorn continues, featuring Victor Liong, head chef of Melbourne's Lee Ho Fook

The first in a series of chef pop-ups at the Unicorn featured the cooking talents of Africola's Duncan Welgemoed. For round four of the My Australian Lunches they're calling in Melbourne's big gun, Victor Liong, head chef of Melbourne's Lee Ho Fook. Liong will be walking you thorugh dishes that have defined his time in Australia since migrating here in 1991.

Defining the precise parameters of Australian cuisine is a tricky anthropological exercise at the best of times, so Jake Smyth and Kenny Graham are undertaking a delicious research project at their pub with these pop-up guest chef lunches.

There are limited sittings from 12.30pm until 2pm so you'll need to book in early, and this time around tickets are $65 a pop. As per usual, there'll be an ace collection of natural wines available by the glass so you can really make a day of it.
