[Sponsored] Swing into Sydney's newest and biggest bouldering hot spot
The Inner West is now home to Australia's largest bouldering gym, and you're invited to grip, grab, climb and clamber up its epic walls, carved out caves and uneven facades. Bouldering is seriously functional fitness – while you're scaling walls and challenging yourself mentally, you're also getting an excellent cardio and strength work out.
Whether you're a practised boulderer or a newbie climber, Nomad offers the chance for you to get around entry level or work up to ultra challenging walls. You can sign up for a membership, or come in for a casual climb. They also change up the wall fitouts twice a week, so you'll never do the same climb twice; while beginners can start off with climbing workshops. Alongside bouldering Nomad also round out their offering with yoga and pilates classes, plus a fully functional strength and conditioning gym. Nomad has activities tailored for groups or solo climbs, so get climbing with mates or take up the challenge alone.
