Do you wish your kids were a little more musically inclined? We all know it’s much easier to learn music while you’re young and neuroplasticity is at its strongest, but it can be tricky to know where to start when it comes to music lessons. Thankfully, Yamaha Music School has you covered with their age-appropriate, internationally designed curriculum that’s taught in more than 40 countries.

Yamaha runs ‘intro to music’-style courses for young kids (ages 3-7) and private piano and guitar lessons for kids aged eight and older. It’s not all serious business either. Aside from being a structured way to learn a new skill and allow kids’ creativity to bloom, Yamaha Music School’s courses are also a great way for the little ones to find some new friends.

These courses run after school and on weekends and families are encouraged to learn alongside their kids. Enrolments for semester two will open on June 5 for the Carnegie location in Melbourne and the Baulkham Hills and Chatswood locations in Sydney. The semester will run from July 17 until December 17.

New students who enrol before June 19 using the discount code ‘Timeout2’ will get ten per cent off tuition fees.

Find out more and enrol now at the Yamaha Music School website.
