Time Out says

Spend New Year’s Eve on Clark Island with a front row seat to the fireworks

You’ll feel pretty damn exclusive celebrating the culmination of 2019 at a harbour island garden party. The secluded New Year’s Eve do on Clark Island lets you greedily lap up those spectacular harbour views and enjoy an evening feast, minus the foot traffic and over-stuffed restaurants.

Besides providing the perfect firework-viewing platform from just off Darling Point, your ticket also includes a refreshing cocktail on arrival, a round of mini burger and spring roll canapes to prepare you for more partying, plus a main course of fire-roasted meats, vegetables and fresh salads, followed by fruit and pastry desserts. The breezy ferry trip from Circular Quay is also part of the deal, departing at 6pm and 6.45pm.

There’s a cash bar, and while eftpos is available, conjuring some physical pennies from the bank before you arrive will help you avoid unnecessary cues. And that means more time on the dancefloor which is being run by DJ Paul Guy.

You can kick on back at the mainland after the big countdown and sparkly display, with the party’s inclusive return ferries departing at 12.30am and 1.15am on January 1, 2020.

But you better get in quick – there’s a strict capacity with only 480 tickets up for grabs.
