When it comes to the supernatural world, are you as wide-eyed as Fox Mulder or more of a practical Dr Scully? Paracon Australia is inviting believers and skeptics to hash it out at a paranormal conference held at Quarantine Station – a site touted as one of Sydney’s most haunted locations.
The program runs over two days with talks and discussions presented by paranormal researchers and criminologists, covering astral travel, psychic readings, murder mysteries and sightings of the yowie. There’s spooky after-dark additions, including a sold out late-night exploration through the station – you’re welcome to bring your own full spectral cams or use the provided ghost-hunting equipment – and a live recording of the true crime podcast, Monsters Who Murder.
Saturday is a fully curated program (with lunch included), but on Sunday you can choose from three sessions throughout the day and let loose at the closing night party.
