Sample and celebrate Penfolds' limited edition releases at this wine dinner

Famous winemakers Penfolds will be taking to the Epping Club for a one-off wine dinner. Chef Nick Whitehouse has worked with the Epping Club's sommelier Ryan Clark and Penfolds to devise a menu that showcases the likes of Pacific oysters with yuzu, paired with Penfolds Bin 311 chardonnay; cold smoked chicken with cauliflower, fennel, dill and horseradish, matched with Penfolds Bin 138 shiraz grenache mataro; and juicy pork jowl with cabbage, burnt apple butter, apricot and juniper berries complemented by Penfolds Bin 128 shiraz. The dinner $120, which is great value considering you get a glass of Penfolds wine with each course.
