Pyrmont and Ultimo chefs will once again join forces with some of the Mudgee region’s most celebrated wineries to design degustation menus.

Each course on these menus is specially prepared to complement a different Mudgee wine, and diners will have the opportunity to meet the winemaker as well as the chef.
