Time Out says

[Sponsored] Go on a tasting tour of Australian cuisine without leaving the city

Talented Australian chefs are bringing their skills from across the country and convening to serve a dinner in the heart of the CBD. At Hyde Park Palms – the Good Food Month pop-up venu – they’ll be serving a three-course meal featuring the best produce regional Australia has to offer, accompanied by Brand’s Laira wines and James Squire beer.

Phil Wood will be drawing inspiration from his wine destination restaurant Point Leo Estate on the Mornington Peninsula, which features an elegantly crafted seafood menu. He’ll be joined by Emma McCaskill, who’s traversed the globe working in renowned kitchens like London’s nose-to-tail restaurant St John and now runs her own Adelaide outfit the Pot by Emma McCaskill. Ben Devlin will also roadtrip down from his northern NSW kitchen at Paper Daisy to share his passion for local ingredients, transplanting them in Sydney soil.
