Time Out says

Who doesn’t love a sausage? Camperdown’s home of farm-to-table dining, Acre Eatery, invites you to take your appreciation for the humble snag to the next level with a 90-minute hands-on artisan sausage-making masterclass.

Acre's French-born head chef, Ludo Gendre, will take you through culinary secrets and authentic French-provincial techniques, as well as the best cooking methods for attaining sausage perfection. After all this gourmet graft, you're sure to have worked up an appetite. But don't worry, you'll not be left hanging, as the whole event wraps up with a big ol' tasting sesh, with Acre’s own fresh house-baked bread and accompaniments.

It’s sure to be a banger of a night, on November 15.
