There's going to be a lot of sudsy fun at Sydney Craft Beer Week, which is exactly why you should set your internal compass for El Camino Cantina on the last Sunday of the festival. The Tex-Mex haunt down at the Rocks is hosting a recovery brunch from 11am where $29 buys you a brunch main and unlimited beverages for one hour - if you're one of those multi-beverage hangover cure people, now's your time to shine.
To soak up last night's booze there'll be huevos rancheros (fried eggs with black beans, avocado, chorizo, salsa, and ranchero sauce), huevos sopes (poached eggs on fresh corn and chilli fritters with sliced smoked pork and chipotle hollandaise), a breakfast burrito, eggs and chorizo and steak and eggs with tortillas and mushrooms.
To accompany your cowboy brekky there'll be beer cocktails being slung over the bar. We're talking Michelas (a Bloody Mary with beer) and Lageritas (frozen Margaritas with beer).
