Time Out says

As part of National Reconciliation Week, you can plant a hand in a symbol of reunion in the Sea of Hands

Participate in an interactive symbol of reconciliation at Barangaroo by planting a hand at Walumil Lawns. The Sea of Hands is an installation designed by Gurindji/Malngin/Mudpurra artist Brenda L Croft, inspired by historical portraits depicting Eora men including Bennelong (the husband of Barangaroo).

To mark the opening of the installation, there’ll be a free opening night concert on Friday May 27 (5-8.30pm) featuring performances by Christine Anu and Casey Donovan.
