Wayside Chapel has been supporting vulnerable people around Sydney for more than 50 years, focusing their efforts to assist people experiencing homelessness. To further awareness about the realities of uncertain living arrangements in Sydney, they’re hosting Side by Side Conversations: an evening of talks, networking and discussion about conscious capitalism and its effect on our community.
The relaxed informative session will start with drinks and snacks on the Wayside Chapel rooftop terrace, followed by the official talk, Q&A and relaxed discussions. International speaker on poverty, commerce and social enterprises, Magatte Wade will be leading the evening beside the ABC’s chief economics correspondent Emma Alberici, and Wayside Chapel’s CEO and pastor Jon Owen.
