Social Serve’s Valentine’s Night Party
Time Out says
This is one Valentine’s Day party where you won’t be looking to score “love”
Whether you’re a single player or ready to hit the court for a doubles match, the Social Serve is offering a Valentine’s Day that is sure to leave you breathless. Whether you’re an absolute novice or the next Serena Williams, whip out a clean sweatband and your best tennis skirt for a night filled with cocktails, DJs, pizza and tennis.
All games are mixed doubles, so bring your own partner or grab a drink for courage and prepare to meet your potential match. There’ll be no shortage of courtside refreshments with a bunch of alcohol sponsors on board.
If you feel your skills aren’t up to scratch, you can buy an Ash Barty Party ticket for $22 to hang with the DJ and cheer on your mates while sipping a free cocktail. Single players should grab the Rod Laver for $39, and couples can purchase a Lleyton and Bec Hewitt pass together for $70. While the Social Serve usually supports the Primary Club, this year all profits will be going to the Bondi Gives Back initiative to aid bushfire-affected communities on the NSW South Coast.
Lyne Park Tennis Centre’s doors will open at 6:30pm, with matches from 7:30-9pm before a presentation and drinks until 10:30pm. If you’re over 18, score a ticket online now and get training for a night of friendly and flirty competition.
