Time Out says

With stunning waterfront views, Waverton’s Coal Loader is a superb spot for a relaxed, sun soaked afternoon of entertainment. On October 12, the venue’s green rooftop space will again host Spring Sounds on the Platform: a free, family-friendly music and picnic sesh.

Artists will perform across three stages on the the Platform, with the strumming starting at 3pm and running till sunset at around 6pm. There’ll be snacks and drinks available on-site, but you can BYO picnic basket if you had your heart set on a specific variety of feast. They're encouraging all picnickers to pack sustainably, in alignment with the environmentally-friendly efforts at the venue.

In addition to the evening jam, there’ll be activities to keep the kids entertained and pop-up bars serving sunset tipples for grown ups.
