Supanova is uniting gaming, sci-fi and anime nerds across the country once again. Prepare for three days of cosplay, creative masterclasses and competitions bringing your favourite characters to life at Sydney Showgrounds.
The guest list is off the charts this year. Lord of the Rings fans – you know who you are – will get the chance to meet Frodo aka Elijah Wood, and Arrow fans will be able to meet Stephen Amell and David Ramsey. Amell's cousin Robbie Amell, who you'll recognise from The Flash and The Tomorrow People, will also be there.
Barbara Eden, the original Jeannie from I Dream of Jeannie will be making an appearance (hopefully with that impressive plait), as will Get Smart’s Barbara Feldon (good thinking, 99!), Dawn Wells from Gilligan’s Island and Anson Mount from Star Trek: Discovery.
You’ll get all the behind-the-scenes extras from the brains of the operation – including chances to meet authors, artists and producers. So be sure to bring your best movie references and newly discovered Easter egg knowledge.
