Wear loose pants and sample the best that Sydney has to offer

Taste of Sydney, presented by Electrolux, is back and bigger than ever. The annual gastronomic fiesta will transform Centennial Park into a place where all of your food and wine dreams come true.

This year the festival will celebrate Sydney’s hottest foodie hubs, including Paddington and Barangaroo. From Paddo, young gun Josh Niland will showcase dishes from his celebrated Saint Peter, while Guillaume Brahimi brings touch of French class with Four in Hand by Guillaume. Turkish flavour comes courtesy of chef Somer Sivrioglu from Barangaroo’s Anason.

Get the inside scoop with workshops and masterclasses across the weekend that’ll help you recreate the magic of a professional kitchen at home.

As well as wine tastings, the folks from the Cider Lab and Hellfire Bluff Distillery will be showing off their wares, so there’ll be plenty of imbibes to help get you through all that eating.
