Newcastle Pubs have not been left behind when it comes to the City’s evolving food scene. Think Mexican street food and cocktails, a collaboration between identical twin brothers – one an acclaimed Chef, one a winemaker, or an international night featuring the cuisines of Nepal, Japan, and South Africa. Enjoy great value meals with Plate Dates at one of Newy’s best pubs where you’ll also sip and savour artisan wine and beers from local makers all afternoon long.

Sample some of the finest foods around the world from local chefs as part of the Newcastle Food Month’s international flavour events. Allow your palate to transport you to Italy with Neopolitan flavours or redefine your perception of Korean food with a five-course degustation. That’s only skimming the surface of what’s on offer in this lineup which also includes roving Carnival-themed street food, a cocktail dinner degustation and a masterclass in wine and cheese. The only dilemma? Choosing between them all.
