Roasters and coffee specialists from across Australia set up a stall at the feverishly popular Rocks Aroma Festival, which attracts 100,000 visitors to the one-day event on July 24. It’s an event that brings together cappuccino lovers and cold drip fans alike for a day of sipping and tasting different roasts and brews.
It’s not all coffee though. Among the 60 stallholders will be gourmet food and tea merchants, arts and fashion sellers and live entertainment around the harbour.
If you fancy yourself as a coffee buff, there are workshops lead by industry experts available in the two weeks leading up to festival day. Learn how to brew a great cup of coffee at home or impress friends with your latte art designs with a little help from the Australian Speciality Coffee Association.
