This Sydney pub is going all out for the new 'Ted Lasso' season with foosball, trivia and giveaways

Ever wondered what it’s like to step foot in a buzzing British pub on a Premier League match day? Better yet, an AFC Richmond match day? The team may be but a fictional addition to the EPL ladder, but it has garnered a pretty passionate fanbase in real life.

Head honcho Ted Lasso is back, and you can catch season four of the Apple TV series from Wednesday, August 5. 

We may have thought it was the end of Ted Lasso’s professional coaching career when he jetted back to America to support his son’s football, but this season, he’s back in London. This time, he’s taking on a new challenge as head coach of the AFC Richmond second division women’s football team. Rest assured favourites like Roy, Keeley and Rebecca will still be around. 

Getting in the spirit is Woolahra's Lord Dudley Hotel, which is transforming into The Crown & Anchor from the series. From August 5, to August 7, kick back with:

• Limited-edition Ted Lasso trivia on Wednesday, August 5 at 6pm, with AFC Richmond prizes to be won (bookings are open so get in quick)
• A special Ted Lasso lunch and dinner menu featuring traditional British pub-inspired dishes like fish and chips, a Richmond roast dinner, match day pies and more (if you want to make sure you get a taste, you can reserve a table now)
• Daily darts and foosball fun
