Opera Bar’s Meat and Cheese Room will host a special Father's Day masterclass where you and your dad learn the ins and outs of pairing cured meats with beer. Brews from the Endeavour Vintage Beer Company will be carefully matched with top grade charcuterie meats from Woollahra butcher, Victor Churchill.
You'll get to taste five meats along with four different beers, all while being talked through the tasting notes of each. Each session is complimentary, but bookings are essential. The first session kicks off on Father's Day, Sun Sep 3 at 11.30am, followed by a second session at 1.30pm. Each masterclass will run for around 35 minutes.
If you miss out on a spot, there's still plenty going on at Opera Bar. Dad can enjoy $7 Pale Ales all day, and there will also be live music from 2.30pm.
