Enjoy a sunset whisky session with harbour views from every seat in the house

Join fellow Scottish malt enthusiasts at this event showcasing Dewar’s blended and Aultmore single malt whiskies.

They’ll be served three ways in a demonstration of each whisky’s versatility – neat or on the rocks, in a fig and pear highball, and in a tailor-made cocktail. A twist on the classic Bramble, the ‘Dramble’ blends Dewar’s 12 or 15 year old whisky with lemon juice, rich simple syrup and crème de mûre, a blackberry liqueur. Light, fruity and refreshing, it’ll showcase the whisky’s smooth vanilla, ripe citrus and sultana notes while acting as a perfect accompaniment to the setting summer sun.

The ticket price includes all beverages as well as rolling canapés from the kitchen, including pork ribs, duck spring rolls, spicy chicken wings, eggplant rolls and sliders.

Live music will soundtrack the laidback evening, and bartenders will be on hand to talk shop on all things whisky so you can learn while you imbibe.
